Rainy Days

Ok so i'm sure you are feeling this in many places around the country today, kids out of school and bad weather :(  So what can you do indoors besides video games?  I'm thinking of going stone age and taking a field trip to toys r us to purchase board games.  Can't wait to see the reaction from this!  Of course i will be participating, it always seem to create an interest when mommy participates!  Any game suggestions?

Hello FH family, just want to hear some of the exciting vacation ideas that you have planned for your families also any great deals you may have stumbled upon during the planning process.  I need a trip that both my 16 yr old and 3 yr old would enjoy....how do I accomplish that lol.  Any suggestions?

Hello, welcome to my blog.  My name is Charlotte Moi-thuk-shung, some of you know me as "Tanisha", just depends on how long you've known me!  I had recently had the pleasure of becoming a stay at home mommy, housewife, there are many titles for it, but basically I left corporate america to stay at home with my now 3 year old and make life easier for my family.  My family consists of myself, my husband Deryck, my 16 year old Bryan "Dee", and 3 year old Noah.  The decision for me to stay at home basically came about because of expensive child care cost. My shift at my previous employer would mean AM childcare for Noah and also PM childcare cost because i worked a 2nd shift and my husband has 2 jobs so he's not available to help with childcare.  I'm sure i'm not the only one with this issue and that is kind of the reason I started this blog. Besides the fact that i'm trying not to go insane figuring out how to actually be a housewife!  This will officially be my first week at home and i'm just curious to know what my fellow "at home mommies & wives" do on a daily basis.  Of course we cook, clean, run errands, care for the kids, keep the finances organized and other important duties and I want to hear about all of that.  I want recipes, activities for the kids, places to shop, vacation ideas, birthday ideas, hubby day ideas, relaxation for mom ideas, etc.....I want this blog to be a fun, positive, all about caring for and loving our families type of blog!  I will post daily topics and would love to hear all your feedback and ideas.  I look forward to blogging with you!  I also want feedback from my family lol +Deryck Moi-Thuk-Shung +Bryan Taylor , I love you guys!
